Meet Joe Castagna Jr, P.A.

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to find the right Agent to work with. I have been investing in real estate since 2001. Meet Ralph Angelucci

Ralph has over 30 years experience in the home building and land development business. He served as President of the Homebuilders Association of Lexington, Kentucky and was a board member for several years at local and state levels. He has also been a member of the National Association of Homebuilders since 1974. He received several awards for design and quality of construction during his years as a homebuilder.

Ralph and his wife, Jan, decided to relocate to Southwest Florida in 2006. WOW! What a great move.

Meet Christina Morabito

I was born and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Wanting to serve our country, I enlisted in the United States Coast Guard where I specialized in Human Resources and Finance. In the military, I have lived in Hawaii, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and now Florida taking advantage of these relocation opportunities and investing in Real Estate.

Meet Linda Gill

Like many Southwest Florida residents, I relocated from Long Island, New York to enjoy the beautiful weather here in Florida. I began my Real Estate career working with a local builder selling custom homes. In time I expanded my local Real Estate knowledge and entered the General Real Estate market to assist homebuyers with the purchase of both new and existing homes in the area. While focusing on homebuyers I became an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR). Working with buyers in the current Real Estate market has provided me with great experience in short sales and foreclosures. I also hold a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Certificate (SFR). Experience is critical in today's Real Estate market. I look forward to putting my experience to use and helping you find your new home!

 

Meet Gary Hutchinson

Following in my family's footsteps, I have made my career selling Real Estate. Previously from Pennsylvania, I moved here to the Sunshine State and immediately found my niche in the local marketplace. I have spent the last several years working for one of the largest investment companies in South West Florida. I have made hundreds of offers on a variety of Real Estate in the Lee county area. Since many of these homes were distressed, I helped make critical decisions on needed renovations to restore the properties to move-in condition. This experience allowed me the opportunity to work with various listing agents, banks, asset managers, title companies and attorneys. It's because of this experience that I can offer the best service possible!

Meet Karen M. Goncalves,

Prior to relocating to Cape Coral with my family, I held my Massachusetts Real Estate License for 9 years and sold real estate in my hometown of Dartmouth, MA.  Later, I worked for Acushnet Company, Titleist & FootJoy Worldwide and became their Computer Instructor at their headquarters in Fairhaven, MA.  I enjoyed being in the corporate environment and educating the staff.  It is not very different in the real estate business.  I am still educating my clients to make the best possible decision in their purchase or lease and I stand by them through the entire process.
 
Coming to sunny, Cape Coral in August of 2000, was the best thing I have ever done.  The weather, the beaches, the boating, the events, the people are wonderful.   Here, I started my real estate career working for a Commercial Broker, Engineer and Developer.  In this position I was fortunate to learn about land development, construction, site selection, commercial leasing, etc.  I obtained my Florida Real Estate Sales Associate’s License in 2004 and in 2008 I obtained my Broker’s license.  At that time I expanded into the residential market and have been working on foreclosures, as well as continuing in commercial sales and leasing. 
I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors & Commercial Investment Professionals.
